The Judge Administrator shall take a decision on any demand, dispute or claim which is within
his competence within the time limit of eight days from the day such matter is referred to him.
Where no decision is taken after this period he shall be deemed to have rejected the demand.
The decision of the Judge Administrator shall be deposited forthwith in the court registry. Notice
of such decision shall be given to all persons likely to object to it by registered mail or by any
other means with written proof thereof.
The said decision may be subject to objection. Any such objection shall be made by a simple
declaration in the court registry within a period of eight days following the date the decision
was deposited or notice thereof was given or within the time-limit provided for in the first
paragraph of this article.
The competent court may, within the same time-limit, decide to examine the matter and reverse
or annul the decisions of the Judge Administrator.
The competent court shall rule on the objection in the very next court session.
The Judge Administrator shall not participate at the hearing when the competent court is
examining the contested decision.
