Without prejudice to the provisions relating to the criminal record, the decision convicting an
offender pronounced by virtue of the provisions of this Part shall, at the expense of the offender,
be posted and published in a newspaper empowered to published legal notices; summary extracts
of the decision shall also be published in the Official Gazette mentioning the issue of the
newspaper empowered to publish legal notices in which the first publication was made.
