The spouse, descendant, ascendant or blood relation of the debtor or his relation by marriage
who, unknown to the debtor, misappropriates, diverts or conceals negotiable instruments
pertaining to the assets of the insolvent debtor shall incur the penalties provided by the criminal
law in force in the State Party for offences committed to the detriment of a person under a
disability.
