Where personal bankruptcy or any other sanctions has been pronounced against the debtor or
the manager, he may appeal by way of a petition addressed to the President of the appellate
court.
At the request of the representative of the Legal Department of the appellate court the
Bankruptcy Trustee shall be summoned to the suit by registered mail or by any other means
with written proof thereof addressed to him by the registrar of the said court.
