SECTION 219

To be admissible, an objection against a decision given in a dispute involving receivership or liquidation of property shall be filed by declaration at the court registry within the time limit of fifteen days with effect from the date of notification of the said decision. However, for decisions which as a formality shall be posted on public notice boards and published in newspapers empowered to publish legal notices or in the Official Gazette, the said time limit shall start running only from the day the last formality is fulfilled. A decision shall be given on the objection within a period of one month.
