SECTION 222

In the case of personal bankruptcy, notice of the decision shall be served on the representative of the Legal Department within a period of three days by the court registrar. The representative of the Legal Department may, within the time limit of fifteen days following the said notice, file an appeal against the said decision. The appeal of the Legal Department shall be by a declaration at the registry of the court which pronounced the decision. Notice of the said appeal shall be served by the court registrar on the debtor and the Bankruptcy Trustee who shall sign the proof of service.
