The Bankruptcy Trustee appointed pursuant to the provisions of Article 16 above shall supervise
the execution of the preventive composition agreement. He shall without delay, report any
violations to the Judge administrator.
He shall make a report, every three months, to the Judge administrator on the conduct of the
settlement operations and notify the debtor thereof. The debtor shall have a time limit of fifteen
days to submit any observations and objections he may want to make.
A Bankruptcy Trustee who withdraws from his duties shall submit his accounts to the registry
of the court within a period of one month from the date of his withdrawal.
The remuneration of the Bankruptcy Trustee in his capacity as Controller shall be determined
by the court that appointed him.
