The decision of the competent court giving its approval to the preventive composition
agreement shall put an end to the mission of the expert rapporteur, subject to the provisions of
Articles 17 below. However, the competent court may appoint a Bankruptcy Trustee and
Controller responsible for supervising the execution of the preventive composition agreement
under the same conditions as those provided for the recovery composition ordered by the court.
The court shall also appoint a Judge Administrator.
