Where a manager of a company is already declared insolvent, the amount of the debts to be
borne by him or the company shall be determined by the court which ordered the receivership
or liquidation proceedings of the company.
In this case, the Bankruptcy Trustee of the collective proceedings initiated against the company
shall hand over to the recovery or liquidation composition the assets of the manager.
