Where the creditor’s claim has been checked and recognized, the President of the competent
court declaring closed the liquidation proceedings shall endorse the final entry of the creditor,
the dissolution of the union, the amount of the claim recognized and the balance due.
The court registrar shall include the executory formula in the decision. It shall not be subject to
any appeal.
