The Judge Administrator shall, where necessary, order the distribution of funds among the
creditors, fix the amount to be distributed and ensure that all the creditors are given notice of
the distribution.
As soon as the distribution is ordered, the Bankruptcy Trustee shall forward to each listed
creditor, in payment of his dividends, a cheque in his name drawn on the account opened
specially to that effect in a banking institution, post office or the Public Treasury.
