here there has been a false bid, the procedure shall be continued before the competent court in
whose jurisdiction the notary responsible for the sale resides. The certificate establishing that
the highest bidder has not fulfilled the terms and conditions of the sale shall be issued by the
Bankruptcy Trustee.
The minutes of the sale by auction shall be deposited at the registry of the competent court.
