Save by a reasoned decision of the President of the competent court authorizing extension of
the aforementioned period by one month, the expert so appointed shall deposit, in two copies,
his report containing the preventive composition agreement proposed by the debtor or concluded
between the debtor and his creditors, within a period of at least two months from the date the
matter is referred to him.
The expert shall comply with the time limit specified in the preceding paragraph, under pain of
being liable to the debtor or creditors.
A copy of the report shall be forwarded to the representative of the Legal Department by the
registrar-in-chief.
