In the case of receivership, the Judge Administrator shall, at the request of the Bankruptcy
Trustee, decide whether the debtor or the manager of the company shall participate in the
continuation of company’s business operation and shall determine, in this case, the conditions
under which they shall be remunerated.
In the case of liquidation, the debtor or the manager of the company may be employed to
facilitate management only with the authorization of the competent court and under the
conditions defined by the said court.
