Theinformationcontainedintheformsand declaration ofmortgage transferred to
the Regional Registry shall be destined to the public.
Upon receipt of any request for information addressed to the Regional Registry, the person in
charge shallreplyimmediatelyor at the latest within forty-eight (48) hours from the receipt of
the request.
