States parties shall ensure that, within a period of two years from the date of
entry into force of this Uniform Act, companies and other individuals and organizations
required to register or participate in the registration may file electronically
alltheiractsandinformationsubject topublicity. Furthermore, the States parties may compel all
companies, or certain categories of them,tofileeverythingorpartoftheir
actsandinformationinquestion electronically.
