The sub-lessee may request the principal lessee to renew his lease depending on the rights
granted to the lessee by the lessor. Such rights shall be subject to the provisions of Articles 91
to 94 and 95 (1) of this Uniform Act.
The lessor shall be notified of the renewal of the sub-lease under the same conditions as the sub-
lease he had initially authorised.
