In the case of a fixed term lease, the lessee who has a right to renew the lease, by virtue of Article
91 above, may request such renewal by an extrajudicial act not later than three months before
the date of expiry of the lease.
The right to renewal of the lease shall be forfeited where the lessee fails to make his request
within the time limit stated above.
A lessor who fails to make known his response to the request for renewal at least one month
before the expiry of the lease shall be deemed to have given his consent to the renewal of the
lease.
