SECTION 34

Any natural or corporate person subject to registration in the Trade and Personal Property Rights Register shall be bound, where he opens secondary commercial establishments or branches within the jurisdiction of other courts, to apply for secondary registration within one month from the beginning of operations. Apart from a reference to the principal registration such application shall, state the required information: - in the case of a natural person, by Article 25 (1) to (6) above ; - in the case of a corporate person, by Article 27 (1) to (9) above.
