SECTION 33

Where the situation of a person subject to registration subsequently undergoes a change which requires that the information entered in the Trade and Personal Property Rights Register to be modified or supplemented, such person shall, within thirty days of such change, file an application for modification of the information or supplementary entry in respect of such change. Any change concerning particularly the civil status the form of marriage settlement the legal capacity and activity of a natural person subject to registration, or particularly any change concerning the Articles of Association of a corporate person, shall be entered in the Trade and Personal Property Rights Register Any application for a supplementary, secondary or modifying entry shall be signed by the person bound to declare the change or by an authorised agent who shall show proof of his identity and hold a special power of attorney, where he is not a Lawyer, Bailiff, Notary public, Syndic or other auxiliary officer of Justice empowered by law for that purpose.
