SECTION 46 — Where applicable

In French Conditions

(1) Any person who by his conduct or by his utterances shall have exhibited an unambiguous intention to commit an offence which may disturb the public peace may be required by the President of the District Court to enter into a recognizance with or without solvent sureties in such sum as may be therein fixed to refrain from commission of any offence of the like nature for the duration of the period therein specified. (2) The sum shall be fixed having regard to the resources of the person bound over.
