SECTION 335-3 — Offences Committed by the Judicial Representative of a collective proceedings

Any judicial representative of collective proceedings who a) carries out personal activity under the cover of the company of the debtor concealing his dealings b) disposes of the credit or property of the debtor as his ; c) dissipates the property of the debtor ; d) undertakes, abusively and in bad faith, in his own interest, either directly or indirectly transactions resulting in a deficit for the company of the debtor ; e) in violation of the Law organizing Collective proceedings for Wiping off Debts, directly or indirectly acquires the property of the debtor on his own account shall be punished with imprisonment for from 5 (five) to 10 (ten) years and with fine of from CFAF 200 000 (two hundred thousand) to CFAF 5 000 000 (five million).
