SECTION 324 — Receiving

(1) Whoever holds or disposes of anything procured by the commission of a misdemeanour, whether knowing or having reason to suspect the 120 criminal origin of the property, shall be punished with the penalties prescribed by Section 318 (2) In case of felony, the punishment shall be doubled.
