SECTION 95

(1) Personal attacks, disturbances, disruptive interruptions and heckling shall be prohibited. (2) Where deliberations in plenary become stormy, the President may announce his intention to suspend the sitting. If order is not restored, he shall suspend the sitting. (3) Upon resumption of the sitting, if the circumstances again so require, the President shall adjourn the sitting. (4) Members of the National Assembly shall leave the plenary hall during suspension of proceedings.
