(1) Applications shall be examined by the (Council)
Commission charged with the Revision of Electoral registers within a period
of 9 (nine) days, and no later than 6 (six) days before polling day. The
decisions of the Commission shall be notified forthwith to the parties
concerned.
(2) The Commission shall enter the name of the elector in the
electoral register and in the addendum which shall be published no later than
4 (four) days before the polling day.
