SECTION 81

(1) The Director General of Elections shall be responsible for keeping the national electoral register. (2) Any political party, elector or representative of a political party or candidate may petition the Electoral Board for any case in particular of omission, error or multiple entry of an elector on the national electoral register. (3) Where the petition is rejected, the person concerned may file an appeal to the Court of Appeal with territorial jurisdiction over Elections Cameroon, which shall give a final ruling, free of charge and with no particular procedure, within 5 (five) days of the filing of the appeal.
