(1) The electoral register shall bear the names of all registered
electors who have been residing in the council for at least 6 (six) months.
(2) The electoral register shall further contain the names of
electors who have been registered under the provisions of Section 46 of this
law.
(3) Such registration shall not be carried out automatically. It shall
be done only at the express request of the elector who shall first adduce
evidence that their name does not appear on any other electoral register.
