SECTION 104

(1) After having been identified, every elector shall themself take an envelope and each of the ballot papers placed at their disposal, and compulsorily enter the polling booth where they shall make their choice. (2) They shall come out of the polling booth and, after satisfying the Commission that they hold a single envelope only, shall place such envelope in the ballot-box. (3) The polling booth shall be set up in such manner as to ensure secrecy of the ballot.
