(1) The Director General of Elections shall draw up the list of
polling stations for every council.
(2) Such list shall specify the area covered by each polling station.
(3) There shall be one polling station for a maximum of 500 (five
hundred) electors.
(4) Every polling station shall be located in public premises or in
premises open to the public.
