Law relating to the electoral code › Title 3 › Chapter 7

SECTION 101

(1) Any voter whose name is duly entered in the electoral register shall be entitled to vote. (2) However, the right to vote shall be suspended for whoever is remanded in custody or is detained after conviction by a criminal court.
