(1) The exploitation of associated gas shall be subject to
the licensing regime as defined in the Petroleum Code.
(2) The exploitation permit shall give its holder the
exclusive right to conduct at its own risk, within the perimeter of the oil
contract to which it relates, all associated gas development operations.
