(1) Procedures initiated before the entry into force of this decree shall be
governed by the laws in force at the time of initiation.
(2) For a period of 6 (six) months, counting from the date of signing of this decree,
consultations launched by public corporations shall continue to be governed by the
Public Contracts Code, until the adoption of the resolution and establishment of the
new Boards provided for in the provisions of Article 119 of Law No. 2017/011 of 12
July 2017 on the General Statures of State-owned corporations.
