Decree No. 2018/355 on common rules applicable to contracts by public corporations › Chapter 10

SECTION 110

If the cases cited in Article 102 above are linked to the award of contracts, they shall be referred to the Authority in charge of Public Contracts, at the behest of the Board Chair or the General manager of the public corporation, accompanied with supporting documents.
