Contracts awarded by public companies shall be subject to follow-up
and periodic controls by the Ministry in charge of Public Contracts to assess the
quality of contract award and execution procedures. A copy of the control report shall
be sent to the Tenders Board of the public corporation, as well as to the competent
authorities for analysis.
