The Board of Directors and members thereof may be held liable in the
following instances:
- omission, abstention, negligence or any shortcoming in the discharge of their
contract supervision duties, leading to harmful consequences for the company;
- actions in breach of the principles of free access to public procurement, equity
in the treatment of applicants, transparency in procedures, fair pricing, and
governance in the issuance, award, and execution of the company’s contracts.
