SECTION 89

(1) The judicial police officer shall without delay inform the State Counsel of the offences of which he has knowledge. (2) At the close of the investigations he shall forward directly to the State Counsel the original and a copy of his report as well as all other relevant documents. (3) An inventory shall be made of all the objects seized. They shall then be placed under seal and deposited with the Legal Department.
