Criminal Procedure Code › Book 5 › Title 1

SECTION 549

(1) When a party considers that an aspect of a decision delivered in a criminal case is obscure or ambiguous, he may, by an application request the President of the said court to interpret it. (2) The court seized shall proceed with this interpretation by referring particularly to the reasons it gave in support of the decision. (3) The right of interpretation shall not permit the court to change its decision.
