SECTION 504

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 503, appeals to the Supreme Court in matters of interlocutory proceedings provided for in section 473 and in matters of conflict of jurisdiction referred to in sections 601 and 602, shall stay the proceedings of the lower courts.
