SECTION 320

(1) Where the authenticity of a document is contested, the court may compare it with another document the authenticity of which is not contested. (2) The court may require any person present in court and implicated by one of the parties, to write any words or figures or to make finger prints for the purpose of enabling the court to compare them with those that are attributed to him.
