SECTION 302

(1) Hearing shall be conducted in public. Courtesy of the Cameroon Center for Demoncracy and Human Rights – CCDHR: www.ccdhr.org 73 However, when a public hearing is repugnant to public order or morality, the court may, at any time, of its own motion, or on the application of one of the interested parties and after the submissions of the Legal Department, rule either that the proceedings or any part thereof shall be held in camera or that public hearing shall be restricted. Mention of this fact shall be made in the judgment. (2) In every case, judgment shall always be delivered in public. SUB-CHAPTER II MAINTENANCE OF ORDER IN COURT
