SECTION 110

(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of section 88 (1) above, the judicial police officer may, in case of felonies and misdemeanours committed flagrante delicto, and where the investigations, necessitate, go outside, either his territorial jurisdiction, or outside the territorial Il jurisdiction of the Legal Department where he carried out his duties, to fol1ow up r his Courtesy of the Cameroon Center for Demoncracy and Human Rights – CCDHR: www.ccdhr.org 28 investigations. In this case, he shall, under pain of nullity of the acts accomplished and disciplinary sanctions, obtain the authorisation of the State Counsel of his area of jurisdiction. (2) The said State Counsel, shall, where necessary, inform the State Counsel of the jurisdiction to which the judicial police officer is going. (3) The judicial police officer shall on his arrival and before carrying out his investigations, report to the competent State Counsel and in all cases, to the competent judicial police officer.
