SECTION 68

The duration of the patrimonial rights dealt with in this Part shall be fifty years with effect from: — the end of the calendar year of fixation, for phonograms, videograms and the performances fixed thereon; — the end of the calendar year of execution, for performances not fixed on phonogram or videogram; — the end of the calendar year of broadcast, for the programmes of audiovisual broadcasting firms.
