(1) The opening of a company store as provided for
in Section 78 shall be subject to a declaration lodged with the
local Inspector of Labour.
(2) The operation of any company store shall be subject to
inspection by the Inspector of Labour who may, on discovery of
any abuse, order the closing of the store for a period not
exceeding one month.
In the event of a second offence, the store shall be permanently
closed by order of the minister in charge of labour on the
proposal of the local Inspector of Labour.
