(1) Some contracts may be reserved for craftsmen, national small- and
medium-sized enterprises, and community-based and civil society organizations.
(2) The nature and threshold of the contracts referred to in (1) above, as well as
the conditions for their application shall be laid down by a separate instrument of the
Authority in charge of contracts.
