(1) A committee in charge of reviewing complaints submitted by bidders
who feel aggrieved and proposing appropriate measures to the Authority in charge of
public contracts is established under the public contracts regulatory body.
(2) The organization, composition and functioning of the Complaints Review
Committee shall be laid down by a separate instrument of the Authority in charge of
public contracts.
(3) Branches of the Complaints Review Committee may be set up in regions.
