SECTION 21

(1) The operating expenditure of Internal and Special Tenders Boards shall be borne by the budget of Project Owners or Delegated Project Owners. (2) The operating expenditure of regional and divisional tenders boards shall be borne by special budget heads of the regions and divisions concerned.
