(1) Chairpersons and members of tenders boards shall be chosen from
among personalities of good moral standing with a mastery of public contract regulations.
(2) Chairpersons of tenders boards shall be appointed for a two-year term,
renewable once. However, their duties may be terminated at any time, in the event of
proven misconduct.
(3) In addition, chairpersons should be chosen, as much as possible, based on
their place of residence.
