(1) With the exception of the award, signing and termination of the
contract, the Project Owner or the Delegated Project Owner may delegate signature or
certain powers to his collaborators, in the forms and under the terms and conditions
provided for by the regulations in force.
(2) A copy of the delegation instrument shall be forwarded to the Authority in
charge of public contracts, the public contracts regulatory body, the tenders board, the
Central Contracts Control Board and all the other authorities for consideration.
