(1) In the event of disagreement between the Central Contracts Control
Board and the Project Owner or the Delegated Project Owner, the latter shall be bound
to request a fresh review of the file by the Central Contracts Control Board and state his
reservations within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of the notification of the findings of
the deliberations of the relevant Central Contracts Control Board.
(2) The chairperson of the Central Contracts Control Board shall notify the Project
Owner or the Delegated Project Owner of the findings of such deliberations.
(3) Where the disagreement persists, the Project Owner or the Delegated Project
Owner shall notify his final decision to the Central Contracts Control Board within 5 (five)
calendar days from receipt of notification of the final opinion of the Central Contracts
Control Board.
(4) After this period, the chairperson of the Central Contracts Control Board shall
forward the file to the Authority in charge of public contracts.
(5) The Authority in charge of public contracts may request the opinion of the
public contracts regulatory body which shall, in this case, respond within 7 (seven) days.
(6) The decision of the Authority in charge of public contracts shall be binding on
both parties.
