(1) In the event of a duly established default on the part of the
Administration’s contracting partner, the Project Owner or the Delegated Project Owner
may, where it does not terminate the contract, and after the written authorization of the
Authority in charge of public contracts, prescribe total or partial supervision of the
expenses and risks of the said contracting partner.
(2) Conditions for executing works under State supervision shall be laid down by a
separate instrument of the Authority in charge of public contracts.
